Areas of Expertise: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Suicidal Ideation, Self-harm, Relational Issues, Self-esteem, Boundaries.

Clinical Approach: My approach is to help clients explore how their maladaptive thinking processes influence their feelings and emotions and how these emotions affect their behavior. Together we collaborate on how by changing our thinking, we can change our feelings and emotions and how this change affects our behavior. Symptoms of addiction, anxiety and depression seem to be minimized by this process.
